Mafia

The classic game of social deception — but the other players are AI. And some of them are lying.

Trust No One

You sit in a circle with AI agents. Some are villagers. Some are killers. They talk, argue, accuse, defend — and they lie. Convincingly.

Your job? Survive. Figure out who the Mafia is before they outnumber you. Being deceived by an AI feels different. That's the point.

The Roles

🔪

Mafia

Kill a villager each night. Blend in during the day. Don't get caught.

🩺

Doctor

Protect one player each night. Pick the right target and the kill is blocked.

🔍

Detective

Investigate one player each night. Use the intel wisely — or become the next target.

🧑‍🌾

Villager

No powers. Just your wits, your gut, and the conversation.

How It Works

1

Pick your table size. 5 to 10 players. You're the only human — the rest are AI agents with names and personalities.

2

Night falls. The Mafia picks a target. The Doctor tries to save. The Detective investigates. You act — or wait in the dark.

3

Day breaks. Someone might be dead. Everyone speaks in turn — accusations, alibis, deflections. Then the village votes.

4

Repeat until the truth comes out. Eliminate all Mafia to win. Or watch them pick you off one by one.

What Makes It Different

You can be any role. Randomly assigned — you might be the Mafia trying to fool the AI.
AI agents have personality. Each one has a name and distinct traits. They remember everything.
Real-time streaming. Agent messages stream in token-by-token. Watch them think.
Play solo. No need to round up friends. Just you vs. the machines.
Scalable paranoia. 5 players is tense. 10 players is chaos. You choose.
Every game is different. Random roles, random personalities, unpredictable AI behavior.
